Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and teamwork as core values.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stamping presses and related production equipment.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring parts meet dimensional and visual quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain machine performance and part accuracy.
• Follow established procedures for setup, operation, and safety.
• Complete production records and communicate issues or downtime to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety practices.
