About The Position

Over 50 dedicated associates come together to produce wet and dry coatings for our pet food brands nationwide, making this location truly special. As a Production Operator at our Hager City, WI facility, you’ll enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $29.03/hour with an opportunity to increase to $32.47/hour after 6 months. Other perks include eligibility for overtime pay, quarterly bonus, and you will be eligible for the Nestlé 401K Savings Plan with company-matched contributions (up to a limit) to help you save for retirement. Must be willing to work both shifts: 7am-7pm AND 7pm-7am As a Production Operator, you are a valued and critical team member. You’ll train in several areas within the factory so you can learn the operations and be a pivotal asset in our factory. Learning safety policies and standard ways of working as a member of our team are key to our overall success. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, agriculture or related environment
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of forklift experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow all Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies and Programs
- Develop working knowledge and safety of production equipment and operations according to developed standards
- Provide support to operators in Packaging, Processing, and Warehouse departments
- Transport products with a forklift while maintaining safety standards
- Ensure a clean and safe environment including sanitation, sweeping, and cleaning of machinery
