About The Position

The Delivery Lead for Resourcing Hiring is a strategic partner responsible for driving talent acquisition and workforce fulfillment across delivery teams. This role is uniquely focused on resourcing strategy, hiring execution, and staffing alignment to ensure delivery success through the right talent at the right time. The role collaborates closely with delivery leaders, project managers, resource managers, HR partners, and vendor partners to build and maintain high-performing teams that meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding
  • Strong Excel and Tableau skills Required, Alteryx a plus
  • Proficient in Fieldglass, Excel, Tableau, and staffing dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Owns end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across internal and vendor channels
  • Manages staffing forecasts, demand intake, and fulfillment tracking
  • Partners with senior leaders and resource managers to align hiring with delivery timelines
  • Supports strategic headcount planning and enterprise staffing goals
  • Skilled in sourcing candidate selection
  • Ensures accurate job code alignment and rate compliance to reduce financial risk
  • Tracks hiring metrics, fulfillment rates, and delivery impact
  • Monitors contractor tenure and manages extension risks
  • Leverages Internal staffing tools and automation (e.g., Fieldglass, Workforce Management Portal, Headcount Master, PMMT, TPAS, Alteryx) to improve data accuracy
  • Ensures compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and governance standards
  • Collaborates with contingent workforce pipelines
  • Strong communicator across Recruiting, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Experience coordinating staffing plan reviews, fulfillment tracking meetings, and hiring strategy sessions
  • Familiarity with vendor performance management, including SLAs, candidate quality metrics, and feedback loops
  • Ability to manage staffing-related risks such as fulfillment delays, skill gaps, and contingency planning
  • Skilled in preparing staffing dashboards and reports for senior leadership
  • Experience supporting strategic talent alignment with enterprise roadmaps and delivery planning
  • Knowledge of enterprise governance and workforce planning protocols
  • Ability to act as liaison between delivery teams, recruiting partners, and vendors for escalations and compliance
  • Familiarity with tenure tracking, extension risk management, and onboarding into approved systems and locations
  • Understanding of job code structures and rate governance in enterprise hiring
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating across the enterprise
