This individual coordinates and supervises all staffing operations for the nursing department, including the development and implementation of system monitoring and evaluation of staffing activities. Responsible for managing timekeeping and payroll activities; responsible for scheduling training for staff; participates in the interview process and provides administrative support. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of staff working hours, absences, and other relevant data. Recruitment Assistance: Assisting with the recruitment and orientation of new staff members.
