About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The staffing coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance and publication of clinical staff scheduling via Shift hound to meet the staffing requirements for the patient care needs of the hospital. The staffing coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring the time and attendance of clinical employees, supervision of the per diem staff, position control reports, staffing patterns, holiday and vacation staffing, and all other tasks/projects assigned by the CNO. Requirements

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years’ experience within staffing coordination.
  • Current CPR Certification
