Reporting to the Director of Central Staffing Operations, the Central Staffing Coordinator will ensure efficient and effective deployment of staffing resources to patient care units throughout the ARH organization. Requires and utilizes an in-depth knowledge of unit, departmental, and organizational policies to guide appropriate placement of resources. Collaborates with nursing and unit-based leadership as resources are moved fluidly throughout the organizations. This position also provides support to leadership/operations with tasks including but not limited to staff scheduling, assisting with New Employee Orientation/onboarding, running and maintaining reports, monitoring payroll, etc. To best support nursing leadership/operations, this position may have regular access to confidential information as it relates to employee attendance, department budgets, and/or employer to employee relationships. Special Instructions This is a hybrid position. This will be remote with some travel required in the KY and WV region.
