We are seeking a Client Success Manager who knows that relationships are built, not maintained. This role is the Relationship Farmer; the Account Whisperer and is responsible for protecting revenue, strengthening partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within our house accounts. We don’t believe in “account maintenance.” We believe in account growth. The Client Success Manager owns client relationships from the inside out. You know how to build trust, manage expectations, and turn one placement into a long-term partnership, this role was designed for you. Let’s be clear. We don’t need someone who just “checks in with clients.” We need someone who protects revenue like it’s their own money. Someone who grows house accounts without being pushy. Someone who can turn a single placement into a multi-year relationship. This role manages our house accounts; and farms them. You’ll be the face, the pulse, and the protector of key relationships. You’ll make sure clients never leave; and never stop growing. You’re not here to babysit accounts. You’re here to build them.
