About The Position

Every strong rainmaker needs a powerhouse behind them. We’re looking for the Business Development Right Hand; the Donna to our Harvey. This is someone who sees three steps ahead, keeps the momentum moving, and makes sales execution look effortless. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership to support, streamline, and strengthen every aspect of our business development efforts. Let’s get one thing straight… We’re not looking for a résumé collector. We’re not looking for someone who just “schedules meetings.” We’re looking for a Donna Paulsen. Someone who reads the room before anyone speaks. Someone who anticipates problems before they happen. Someone who makes the engine run while the rainmakers close the deals. You will work directly with the Owner and VP; daily. You will be the operational force multiplier behind Sales and Business Development. If you have to Google who Donna Paulsen is, this role may not be for you.

  • Staffing, consulting, or B2B services experience
  • Experience supporting executives directly
  • CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce, JobDiva, etc.)
  • Experience with RFP coordination

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic right hand to the Owner and VP on all sales and BD initiatives
  • Manage pipeline flow, outreach tracking, CRM hygiene, and follow-ups
  • Draft high-impact emails, proposals, and executive communications
  • Research target accounts and identify entry strategies
  • Prepare leaders for calls (talking points, background intel, positioning)
  • Sit in on sales conversations and track action items
  • Own calendar alignment and priority management
  • Coordinate RFP responses and bid strategy support
  • Follow up relentlessly (without being annoying)
  • Help turn conversations into contracts
