About The Position

In this role, you'll collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Business Development, Finance, Accounting, Product, Logistics, Legal, Tax, Engineering and Design to set the vision of and build solutions for cross-border items. You'll be focused on building strategies to help sellers and Walmart achieve their business goals.You will define market-specific priorities, write BRDs and bridge between business and product teams.You will lead cross-functional and/or pillar coordination meetings, provide recommendations to bring program health on track in case of adversity, anchor business reviews. You will manage program PnL and contribute to annual planning reviews for your market. You'll leverage smart analytics to provide visibility into pricing insights, growth opportunities and create intuitive experiences to easily take action to improve sell-through. In this role you will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap. You will be responsible for topline and bottomline business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related area
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, business development, vendor management, category management, or related area
  • 5+ years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 3-5 years' experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • You use data to drive decisions and outcomes. You are a self-starter and understand data architecture, business analytics and basic SQL
  • You obsess over your customers and develop solutions that delight them.
  • Direct working experience with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.
  • You have run an ecommerce business or managed a pricing and promotions platform and understand key metrics and actions that drive performance.
  • You have a deep understanding about financial metrics and accounting workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced SQL or data engineering experience
  • Managed the P&L for a business vertical
  • Familiarity with ML algorithms, forecasting modelling, logistics & operations metrics
  • Familiarity with cross-border business models
  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
