We are looking for a powerhouse Staff Technical Recruiter to join us in a high-impact, Contract-to-Perm capacity. This role is designed for a recruiter who operates like a business owner, someone who can manage a heavy req load without sacrificing quality, pivot strategies in real-time based on data, and act as a true consultant to our Engineering leadership team. We need a closer who has a proven track record of high-velocity delivery (4+ hires per month) while maintaining the strategic depth required to influence the long-term health of our engineering organization. Requirements

  • 10+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, with a focus on high-growth, high-bar tech environments.
  • The "Closer" Track Record: History of delivering 4+ technical hires per month in a competitive landscape.
  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of modern technologies (React Native, AI, ML, Python) enabling you to effectively assess and engage top-tier talent.
  • Strategic Agility: Proven ability to analyze applicant flow and proactively change course, whether that means rewriting a JD, adjusting a technical assessment, or opening new sourcing channels.
  • Requisition Management: Proven ability to manage a load of 10–15 roles concurrently across all levels.
  • Location: Commitment to our hybrid model, working 3x per week in our Austin, TX office

Responsibilities

  • High-Velocity Execution: Successfully manage a full-cycle req load of 10–15 complex technical requisitions simultaneously, maintaining high momentum across all stages of the funnel.
  • Proven Delivery: Consistently deliver a minimum of 4 hires per month, specifically within specialized disciplines like AI/ML, Backend, and React Native.
  • Business Influence & Advisory: Act as a peer to VPs and Directors. You don’t just report on candidates; you influence hiring decisions by providing objective assessments, and guiding leadership on market trade-offs.
  • Dynamic Strategy & Pivoting: Monitor pipeline health daily. You possess the agility to instantly shift sourcing strategies or adjust interview loops if the data shows a bottleneck or a shift in the talent market.
  • Data-Led Narrative: Utilize ATS metrics and market intelligence to tell the story of your pipeline. You provide leadership with the "why" behind the numbers and offer actionable solutions to hiring challenges.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
