Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high-complexity initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and secure commitments across cross-functional groups.
  • Technical knowledge of software and hardware system design, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience translating product requirements into scalable, high-availability technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in communication, delivering clear reports and updates to varied audiences to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program progress against milestones and quality metrics.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks and automation tools to enhance program delivery.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery plans across systems, infrastructure, and security components.
