Requirements

Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and secure commitments across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Agile methodology and process improvement to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills for clear, concise reporting and effective engagement across a variety of audiences.
Ability to analyze data and apply problem-solving frameworks to drive informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated mentorship capabilities to develop team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Commitment to ethical standards and conduct in all aspects of program execution.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Project Management.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
Partner with Product and Engineering to drive technical alignment from requirements to implementation by negotiating trade-offs and securing decisions.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive process improvements and promote automation to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
Mentor associates and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
