About The Position

The (USA) Staff, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. This role drives end-to-end delivery by coordinating stakeholders, resolving ambiguities, and optimizing processes to achieve scalable, high-quality solutions. The position requires expertise in program management, technical design, and risk mitigation, alongside strong communication skills to maintain alignment and transparency. The successful candidate will foster continuous improvement, leverage emerging technologies, and ensure operational excellence throughout program lifecycles to support business goals effectively. About the team: The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team leads enterprise-wide IAM initiatives, delivering secure and scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity lifecycle management. Collaborating with technology and business partners, the team ensures timely and appropriate access while managing complex program schedules and resources. They drive program planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging technical design and automation to enable efficient implementation and continuous improvement. The team is committed to achieving high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives and operational excellence across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to secure commitments, manage dependencies, and align teams across technical and business domains.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and communication tools to effectively convey complex information and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and service management concepts to support end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to synthesize data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies ensuring program success.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure team commitments, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguities to ensure clarity on end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across systems and platforms.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans while managing budgets and resource priorities.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance program delivery.
