About The Position

You will lead the development of an autonomous AI agent designed to revolutionize how engineering teams investigate production incidents. This role involves defining the product's reasoning interface, building complex data integrations, and working directly with users to solve critical 2AM debugging challenges. You will set high-level technical standards while driving architectural decisions for a high-scale product.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning products end-to-end and making high-level decisions on what to build rather than just executing specs
• Deep familiarity with production infrastructure and incident management, having personally managed the stress of on-call rotations and triaging
• Strong product instincts with the ability to turn ambiguous user feedback into concrete, scalable technical solutions across the entire stack

Responsibilities

• Architect the systems powering agent reasoning, including data flows, integration points, and intuitive engineer-facing surfaces
• Conduct deep-dive research with users to understand production pain points and translate those insights into experimental product features
• Lead full-stack technical initiatives across Python, frontend, and infrastructure to improve the speed and reliability of automated incident investigations
