About The Position
We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst to own sales analytics at an AI-powered talent acquisition platform. You will work closely with leadership to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This is a critical role focusing on performance trends, KPI tracking, and building the foundation for revenue planning.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on sales or revenue operations.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and advanced SQL fundamentals.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated dashboards to track sales performance and progress against targets.
- Develop advanced forecasting models to support pipeline management and revenue planning.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses to identify new market opportunities and operational improvements.
