About The Position

This is a 12-month limited-term that may be extended to 24 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. Covered California is looking for a Facilities Analyst to join the Business Services Branch. As an analyst, you are expected to be a critical thinker and produce information using Microsoft platforms. In joining the Business Services Branch, you will assist in streamlining processes and providing customer service to internal and external customers. As a Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible of: Facility Management: Track maintenance requests, manage inventory, and recommend facility solutions. Security & Events: Coordinate security badges, address safety issues, and assist with event setups. Warehousing & Procurement: Oversee receiving, inventory control, and mail and supply distribution. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee's office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies. Requirements

  • Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s).
