Wing is looking for a Staff Recruiter to drive recruiting for our business and corporate functions, translating long-term business roadmaps into sophisticated search strategies and hiring results. Based in Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid) , you will serve as a high-level advisor to Wing’s business and G&A leaders, driving the talent strategy required to scale the global infrastructure behind autonomous drone delivery. With over a decade of experience including experience with VP-level searches, you understand that scaling functions like Finance, Government Affairs, Operations and Product Management requires deep organizational intelligence and high-stakes influence. You will play a vital role in attracting and hiring the key talent that empowers Wing to transition from an industry pioneer to a high-scale commercial operation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling corporate functions (e.g. Marketing, Government & Affairs, HR, Finance, Legal , etc.) within the technology sector
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with VP-level business leaders to provide high-quality hiring strategies for corporate infrastructure
  • Significant experience navigating the scaling challenges of a high-growth, high-stakes environment where regulatory and financial precision is paramount
  • Mastery in managing complex compensation packages and the ability to close "passive" executive talent in a hyper-competitive market
  • A proven ability to thrive as an organization scales & matures; experience dealing with ambiguity.
  • A genuine passion for Wing’s mission and the desire to build the business and commercial backbone of the company

Responsibilities

  • Advise business leaders (across G&A, operations, marketing, policy and product management, etc), translating business expansion goals into recruiting goals and sourcing strategies.
  • Architect and execute high-impact sourcing strategies to increase talent density and build high-conversion pipelines that ensure a continuous flow of quality candidates.
  • Lead sophisticated offer negotiations involving intricate equity structures, significant competing offers from top-tier companies, and complex candidate motivations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the corporate talent landscape, providing leaders with data-driven insights across industries such as aerospace, tech-policy, delivery & logistics, etc.
  • Support Wing’s employer brand by delivering a high-touch candidate journey that reflects our operational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement by using data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and through automation that empowers the team to secure top talent quickly and more effectively
