Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. The Role We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to lead the program execution of GM’s Retail Vehicle Experience within the Digital Products and Infrastructure organization. You will shape and operationalize program governance, roadmap execution, dependency management, and change management practices to enable responsible, scalable, and high‑impact software delivery across the enterprise. This role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving outcomes across multiple organizations. You will partner with key DPI Engineering Directors to ensure the full scope of software development activities are planned, prioritized, and executed effectively. You will provide a program‑level lens across all deliverables, dependencies, risks, and work efforts, including managing intake demand relative to capacity across the Digital Products & Infrastructure (DPI) portfolio.
