We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale. A Day in the Life As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching complex, customer-centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision-making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
  • Expertise: Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
  • Leadership: Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
  • Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.
  • Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
  • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
