About The Position

This is a high-impact opportunity to tackle one of the toughest and most critical product challenges in our organization: building a foundational planning tool that connects core merchandising operations across the company. Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with experience owning and delivering complex internal platforms or enterprise tools
  • Familiarity with merchandising workflows or supply-side retail technology, with strong business empathy
  • Strong product discovery instincts - you're curious, hypothesis-driven, and customer-centric
  • Grit, resilience, and emotional intelligence: you don't get discouraged easily and can adapt to ambiguity with composure
  • A systems thinker who can handle high complexity, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive clarity from chaos
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - you influence without authority and build consensus
  • Organized, structured, and disciplined in how you work; able to manage visibility and stakeholder expectations with ease
  • Growth mindset: you seek feedback, stretch opportunities, and thrive in high-visibility environments
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
  • 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI/ML tools in prototyping, analysis, or internal workflow automation a major plus
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
