We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the AI Platform team. Our team is responsible both for our central AI Platform that powers AI capabilities across Addepar’s platform, as well as, owns some of our flagship AI products like Addison. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll take a leadership role in defining the product management function for a new organization. You’ll also lead zero-to-one product efforts, building and scaling net new product offerings in a high growth, fast moving environment - leveraging the latest and greatest in agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs to build transformative new products that deliver value to clients. This role will require working closely with engineering, design, product, marketing, go-to-market to drive new AI products to success. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role suited for a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of AI, customer-centric product development, and financial technology. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $142,000 - $223,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
