At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Harvey’s Agent platform is the system that lets lawyers describe work in natural language and have Harvey execute it: pulling precedent, running analysis, drafting documents, enforcing firm-specific rules, all orchestrated by AI agents rather than manual step-by-step workflows. We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own a core surface within this platform. You’ll define how lawyers interact with agents, how agents get created and discovered, or how the underlying platform makes both possible. The exact scope will be shaped by your strengths and where the team’s needs are sharpest when you join, but the throughline is the same: you’ll be responsible for a product that hundreds of thousands of legal professionals use to do substantive work. This is 0-to-1 product work in a space where the patterns haven’t been written yet. Agents in legal are not chatbots with a different skin. They touch real client matters, real ethical walls, real documents that go to courts and counterparties. Getting this right means building trust systems, verification flows, and governance infrastructure alongside the core experience. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, applied legal research, and customer-facing teams to ship products that lawyers actually adopt. We move fast, we ship with design partners, and we expect product leaders to be hands-on with the details while holding a clear vision for where the product is going.
