We are looking for a Staff MarTech Engineer to serve as the technical architect behind our growth engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering, Product, and Marketing. You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the tracking infrastructure that powers our user acquisition and retention efforts. You will not just "install tags"; you will architect complex, privacy-compliant data flows connecting our App and Website to major measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Firebase) and advertising ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads). The US-based salary range for this position is $176k to $310k. The Canada-based salary range for this position is 204k to 287k CAD.We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
