About The Position

The GBSG team is seeking a talented and motivated senior pricing strategist to join our team within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG), which is Intuit's business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading packaging, pricing and promotion strategies for the GBSG Ecosystem. Your strategy will drive business growth for customers who are looking at solutions from Intuit and competitors across accounting, payroll, payments, capital, marketing automation and others. This is a role that will require you to think creatively to create packaged offerings with pricing strategies that will drive growth for the business.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to dissect large amounts of data and develop precise plans that are ready for Executive approvals.
  • Ability to evaluate market conditions, product investments and GTM strategies to determine offering / packaging / value tiering strategies that exceed revenue and customer acquisition goals.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and how they map to unique value differentiation in Intuit's Ecosystem of products and services.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align strategies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to represent your strategies succinctly and convincingly with executive forums to ensure sponsorship.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, translating insights into actionable pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monetization strategies tailored to Mid-Market businesses and our new Intuit Enterprise Suite.
  • Define pricing models in the context of market positioning, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs in the mid market space.
  • Optimize pricing across the ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of multiple QuickBooks products and services.
  • Grow multi-billion dollar products and services for Intuit in the Global Business Solutions Group with packaging, pricing and promotion strategies
  • Set pricing structures for new solutions, including subscription, transactional, and usage-based models.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, sales, partner and product teams to influence product and GTM strategies that drive business growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to forecast pricing impacts, test new monetization models, and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
