About The Position

About the role: We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for Talent Development employee experiences on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will shape how enterprises engage and empower their employees, delivering solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. You’ll partner across design, research, engineering, and business units to create products that drive measurable outcomes and adoption globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including driving strategy and execution for enterprise products at scale.
  • Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform and proven success delivering impactful employee experiences using its capabilities.
  • Strong track record of shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Proven ability to balance feasibility, desirability, and business value in product decisions.
  • Excellent prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience turning customer insights into actionable strategies and successful releases.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across senior leadership and thrive in complex environments.
  • Passion for design thinking, product excellence, and shaping the future of enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for Talent Development employee experiences on ServiceNow.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers by creating personas, mapping use cases, and identifying key challenges.
  • Translate customer insights and business needs into a clear product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
  • Partner with researchers, designers, and stakeholders to ideate, test, and validate product solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with engineering on release planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Align priorities and expectations across business units and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Now-on-Now team to drive internal adoption and ensure alignment with best practices.
