Camp Greystone is a 100+ year-old Christian summer camp for girls located near Hendersonville, NC. Our mission is “to delight and inspire for the Glory of God,” and we are searching for a Staff Experience and Community Coordinator to join our team. The Staff Experience and Community Coordinator helps lead Greystone’s staff recruiting, hiring, and year-round staff engagement efforts, while also contributing to summer program operations. In the summers, this position serves as a key partner and backup to the Director team, stepping in to lead or assist with staff management, staff support, program coordination, and Evening Program facilitation. During the off-season, the Staff Experience and Community Coordinator will recruit staff, interview candidates, foster community engagement, and provide administrative support to our team. This is a multi-faceted role designed for a dynamic candidate with relevant experience - someone who loves connecting with people and also enjoys taking ownership of a project from brainstorm to final details. The right person will feel energized by both investing in our staff and checking projects off their list. The ideal Staff Experience and Community Coordinator is a go-getter: self-motivated, organized, and proactive. She’s a quick learner, a flexible team player, and a creative, positive problem solver - a people-person to her core. She thrives when she’s juggling short-term and long-term projects, and she approaches each day with a strong work ethic and willingness to use her skills to help her teammates. This is a contracted position serving three summers and two off-seasons, beginning May 2026 and concluding in August 2028.
