About the Role Hi, I'm Dmitri Grozenok, Senior Manager of Onboarding product development team at Jane. I've been here for about a year, currently leading a team of eight developers working on a mission that's genuinely different from typical product work. The Onboarding team sits at a critical moment in a clinic's journey with Jane - right after they sign up but before they become successful power users. We don't own huge chunks of code. Instead, we reach across multiple domains to solve the hardest activation and retention problem in our business: getting new customers through their first critical days so they fall in love with Jane. Our metrics are churn and activation rate - which sounds simple until you realize we don't own half the levers that move them. That's what makes this work so interesting. We run a lot of experiments. Small projects, feature toggles, rapid iteration, constant learning. That's how we move the needle.
