About The Position

We are currently seeking a talented Healthcare Reimbursement Consultant to join our Indianapolis, IN office. The next person who joins our Blue & Co., LLC team will be someone who takes ownership of their achievements. Our team specializes in providing consulting services to hospital clients for their Medicare reimbursement. Not only do we deliver trusted solutions around healthcare reimbursement matters, but we also build lasting relationships with our business partners. The ideal candidate will be hungry to succeed, embody an advisory mindset, and possess a strong desire to grow their career while delivering exceptional client service

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Sequel Server and Alteryx.
• Able to travel (15%) to client locations (in & out of state). Overnight travel will be necessary at times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hospital Patient Financial Service functions a plus.
• Experience with Hospital patient accounting systems (EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, CPSI & etc.)
