Nice To Haves

  • Finance, Accounting or Business-related degree, or comparable experience in accounting or business operations roles.
  • 2-3 years of consulting, accounting, or business process optimization experience. External customer facing experience is valued.
  • Proven experience in defining solutions to business process requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to customers and team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Passion for driving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (such as Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) is highly desirable.
