As a Sales Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, driving high-impact CRM solutions across quoting, CPQ, AI-powered automation, and customer lifecycle management. You’ll work hands-on with stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, integrated solutions, while influencing strategy, improving data flows, and embedding AI into go-to-market processes. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms (ERP, data warehouses, middleware) using APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Boomi Drive AI and automation initiatives across sales and commercial operations to improve efficiency and insights.
