About The Position

NVIDIA IT Team is looking for a Staff Vendor Management System (VMS) BSA to join our growing team in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead the effort to craft and develop a VMS solutions at NVIDIA, the world leader in accelerated computing that specializes in products and platforms for the large, growing markets of gaming, professional visualization, data center, and automotive. What you'll be doing: Work closely with business leaders and users to fully understand requirements and challenges to help provide an effective system solution. Architect, design and build a complete solution with integration to other systems in the Contingent workforce management ecosystem. Complete projects as a lead or team member to implement a new VMS solutions and improved functions to support the growing business needs. Interface on a day-to-day basis with internal teams and external partners to lead system change to support business operations. Build test scenarios and test cases, perform testing and training as part of the change management process. Constantly mentor the project and support team on the best industry practices solutions and methodologies. Actively collaborate with the global teams to prioritize, coordinate and execute small to medium size projects Document user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in our ticketing system.

Requirements

  • MBA or MS degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of overall experience with core focus on VMS or Contingent work force management system solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge and proven track record with all functionalities and capabilities of a VMS process and solutions
  • Hands on implementation experience in any leading VMS solutions like SAP Field glass, Workday VNDLY or Beeline
  • Working experience in building reporting solutions in Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Creative problem-solving ability in multifaceted business environment
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Good social and excellent teammate skills, able to mediate disagreement, recognize options, propose and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to navigate the technology environment and work optimally with multiple groups.
