Staff Analyst

About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a level 3 Staff Analyst. In this role the analyst will develop plans and objectives and provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. The ideal candidate develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. They will also analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs, and conduct research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Additionally, ideal candidates can also carry out functions such as delivering informational or technical materials, researching and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options, providing strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events, monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants, and developing and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
