Staff Analyst (Senior or Principal) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst (Senior or Principal) to support the 777 Systems Engineering Organization in Everett, WA. Position Overview: In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the multiple organizations within Fulfillment and across the Everett site. This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Principal Level Staff Analyst. Position Responsibilities: Experienced (Level 4): Support Senior Leadership for 777 Systems Engineering. Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develop, coordinate, and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources. Deliver informational or technical materials. Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify options. Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events. Maintain budgets for the organization’s statement of work and a variety of administrative activities (e.g., team travel, recognition, service awards). Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status to all project participants. Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements. Senior (Level 5): Support the Director of 777 Systems Engineering Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs) Develops executive level briefings Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events Lead the development and maintenance of budgets for the organization’s statement of work and a variety of administrative activities (e.g., team travel, recognition, service awards). Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements
