As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in bank reconciliations, assist with preparing and distributing monthly financial reports, prepare monthly journal entries, manage month-end processes, review and analyze general ledger accounts, review and process resident security deposit refunds, review and approve company expense reports, assist with annual budget preparation, assist with the annual financial audit, and take on various tasks and projects as assigned. The time allocations mentioned below may vary depending on the companyâs needs.
