Position will be responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, premium billing and cash receipts activities, collections, and collateral administration. Conduct Premium audits and control testing and reporting. Key Functions will include but not be limited to : Manage agency and direct billing of premiums and commission payments. Monitor payments, perform collections, apply cash receipts, reconcile agent statements, etc. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare bank and other reconciliations. Prepare journal entries and financial statement account analyses. Collaborate and coordinate with underwriters, W.R. Berkley Company employees, auditors, agents and others as needed.
