Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Recent accounting experience (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• High integrity and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with bank reconciliations
• Retail or multi-location accounting experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile daily sales and income transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations (bi-weekly and monthly)
• Assist with the monthly close process
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Support preparation of financial reports and reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with vendor inquiries
• Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
