About The Position

The Staff Accountant supports accounts payable and general accounting functions while serving as a liaison between accounting and operational teams. This role is ideal for a high-potential early-career professional with strong technical skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Internship or prior office accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and overall technical aptitude
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work full-time on site

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and general accounting activities, including invoicing and transaction processing
• Act as a liaison between accounting and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely communication
• Assist with running financial and operational reports
• Support process improvement initiatives as systems and operations scale
• Perform basic account reconciliations and assist with month-end activities
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for efficiency
• Complete ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as assigned
