About The Position
Founded in 1919, Woodbury Corporation is a commercial real-estate company which manages over 180 operating properties across 16 states. The company manages a variety of asset classes including office, retail, multi-family, and hospitality. Woodbury Corporation is looking to hire a staff accountant to assist in property reporting and construction accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Excellent analytical, research, and managerial accounting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the financial statement audit process is preferred
- Experience within the real-estate industry is preferred
