Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Public accounting experience strongly preferred (Big 4 or comparable firms such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, or KPMG).
  • Construction or project-based accounting exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy in accordance with GAAP.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing internal financial statements and management reports.
  • Support project-based accounting activities, including cost tracking and financial analysis.
  • Partner with project management and operations teams to ensure financial alignment.
  • Assist with audit preparation and support internal control processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting efficiency.
