Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience. You should have a solid grasp of debits, credits, and financial statement flow.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Excellent internal customer service skills and the ability to explain the logic behind the numbers.
• The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently while staying aligned with the team goals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Acumatica or OneStream will move you to the top of the list.

Responsibilities

• Own the Close: Execute monthly accounting entries to accurately reflect revenue and expenses across the organization.
• Perform Deep Dive Analysis: Review, reconcile, and analyze complex balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Ensure Accuracy: Monitor assigned transactions and analyze accruals and reserves to ensure proper GAAP recognition.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and help design sleeker processes to handle our increasing global transaction volume.
• Collaborate across Finance: Support the wider team with ad-hoc reporting, audit preparation, and special projects.
