We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Requirements
- Academic background in Accounting
- 1â3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting systems
- Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounting records in the system
- Assist with data entry for invoices, payments, and expenses
- Support basic AP and AR tasks
- Help organize and maintain accounting files and documentation
- Assist with simple account reconciliations
- Support the accounting team with general administrative and accounting tasks
