About The Position

We are looking for a full-time accountant to help with daily receivables, payables, general ledger and financial documents and reports. This position is entrusted to ensure funds, obligations and debts are managed and reported accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business and/or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum two years in similar role
• Ability to analyze and audit quantitative information
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Possess high level of ethical standards, integrity and trust commensurate with the position
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite and/or Restaurant365 a plus

Responsibilities

• Receivables- including collections, daily payment processing
• Reconcile and record credit card charges
• Payables and purchase orders
• Retail Stores - Quickbooks changing to Restaurant365, Square; sales reporting and inventory
• General Ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Tax administration- sales tax and commercial activity tax
