Requirements

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
Familiarity with cash flow analysis techniques.
Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.
1-3 years experience in accounting.

Nice To Haves

Degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Analyze cash flow to assess liquidity and forecast future financial needs.
Utilize various accounting platforms to manage client accounts and financial reporting.
Participate in budgeting processes and provide insights for effective resource allocation.
Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records through standard bookkeeping practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits.
Engage with clients and offer expert guidance, providing strategic insights and recommendations on their current and future financial performance.
