About The Position

M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Familia. The successful candidate will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities relating to the financial aspects of the restaurants in compliance with local tax laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• At least two years of experience of related experience required
• Knowledge of general financial accounting
• Complete bank reconciliation
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
• Multi- Entity Experience
• Experience in Cloud Based Accounting Software

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including assets, liabilities, and profit and loss statements
• Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable tax laws and company policies
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Record, track, and monitor financial transactions related to restaurant operations
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
• Assist with multi-entity accounting processes
• Utilize accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage financial data
• Support overall financial operations and collaborate with internal teams as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
