Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2+ years of accounting experience
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, look ups, and financial modeling
Experience with ERP systems
Quick learner and able to work collaboratively and independently

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing organization
IFS ERP experience
Ability to build and maintain financial models
Knowledge of standard costing

Responsibilities

Handle all bank and lease reconciliations
Provide standard and ad hoc reporting support
Assist with month-end close
Support cost accounting activities as needed
Sales tax reconciliation and tax rate maintenance
Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual budget, forecast and estimate
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Document and update accounting processes
