As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Entry-level profile suitable for a Staff Accountant role

Nice To Haves

• Experience performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks
• Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• Experience with invoicing, billing, and collections
• Experience preparing or filing sales tax
• Experience communicating with customers and vendors in a finance or accounting context
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and working proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Working directly with the Controller to support daily accounting operations
• Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
• Performing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Maintaining organized financial records and processes
• Communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters
• Supporting the adoption and learning of internal accounting systems
