Staff Accountant - Entry Level
About The Position
Very busy, rapidly growing solar company seeks mature-minded, detail-oriented, dependable candidate for QuickBooks heavy position. This role will be maintain the accounting system utilizing QuickBooks Desktop accounting software. This is a full-time position. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) required. Great phone personality is a big plus. Able to work in a fast paced environment and great people skills needed. Good typing, spelling, grammar, math and handwriting necessary. Local candidate strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Experience: QuickBooks Desktop: 1 years minimum is plus
Responsibilities
- Entering Transaction daily in QuickBooks
- Recording new and existing customers / vendors
- Receiving payment / Vendor record payments
- Tracking in spreadsheets
