About The Position

Own the standards. Elevate the process. Help us safeguard food safety by leading a third-shift sanitation team as a hands-on supervisor. You’ll balance people leadership with practical sanitation work, ensuring every clean meets SSOP, HACCP, and GMP expectations. Key impact areas Third-shift leadership: schedule, direct, and support the sanitation crew. Full-facility sanitation: production equipment, common areas, and high-traffic zones. Training and mentoring: proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety. Compliance oversight: verify and document adherence to SSOP, HACCP, and GMP. Equipment proficiency: operate and coach safe use of power scrubbers, foamers, and forklifts. Chemical stewardship: safe handling, usage, and storage.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a coaching mindset.
  • Working knowledge of sanitation methods and safety protocols.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in food manufacturing sanitation preferred.
  • English/Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred.
