Designs, develops, implements, and anlyzes facility HACCP Food Safety stragegy and programs. He/ she will supervise hourly technicians performing both quality and food safety monitoring & documentation. Directs complex lab personnel in performing sampling, testing, and analysis needed to support the HACCP System and Pathogen Management programs. Back up to QA Manager and other QA Supervisors/ Superintendent. Position directs, leads and executes internal, 3rd party, customer and regulatory auditing including sanitation, traceability, monitoring, validations and analysis verifications. Position is accountable and responsible across all shifts for the regulatory compliance, performance, and overarching food safety of all product entering commerce.
