The Sr. Workday Applications Analyst – HCM Benefits provides advanced expertise in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Workday Benefits functionality. This role partners with operational stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient benefits processes, while leading workstreams, resolving complex system issues, and supporting upgrades and new feature adoption. The analyst serves as a subject matter advisor, facilitates discussions with subject matter experts and vendors, evaluates product capabilities, and develops documentation. They troubleshoot configuration issues, participate in ticket triage and critical incident response, and maintain strong vendor relationships. The role also mentors junior team members and actively pursues continuous learning to stay current with Workday Benefits enhancements and industry trends. Collaborates closely with operational stakeholders and is responsible for the selection, development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance, and adoption of application software to effectively meet clinical or business information system needs.
